Wow, there just isn't enough space to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction with this purchase. For a few months I've been looking for a mattress topper that is comfortable, high quality and has a decent warranty. Well I ordered it on December 10th. Received in a few days. Followed the directions for tea and left it on the bed for 48 hours. We immediately noticed what a horrible smell. So we decided to leave the windows open. I mentioned it's winter. We're having a lovely few days in Kansas, so I can leave it on one of my decks for now. However, I sprayed it with Fabreze and it didn't help. I contacted the manufacturer or whoever Revain had listed as the seller's contact and heard no sound from them. It will be a nightmare to return. HIGHLY RECOMMENDATION TO EVERYONE LOOKING FOR A GOOD MATTRESS COVER, DO NOT CHOOSE THIS ONE. It's amazing that all of these reviews are about how great it was, how it helped them, etc. etc. I don't know how they came to that conclusion. I can't say anything about the wearing comfort because the smell is so bad that I can't sleep on it. I will keep you updated and let you know if the seller cares enough to contact me and make it right. AGAIN, PLEASE THINK VERY SERIOUSLY ABOUT ALMOST 200.00 ABOUT THIS POSSIBLY WITH THIS RIGHT TO OPEN YOUR WINDOW AND GET YOUR MONEY OUT. UPDATE: The seller never got back to me. Revine agreed to return the money and said give, throw away or donate which I will throw in the GARBAGE where it belongs. Don't waste your money on this product. They don't even bother to contact you if there is any problem.
