Update 12/13/2007: It just got up and died a few months ago. All the proper lights came on and said it was plugged in, but none of my laptops could see it anymore. Some time before that he simply cut the connection. I bought a new 802.11g router and everything is working again, no more network dropouts. I would no longer recommend this product. First Review: I wasn't sure if replacing my 802.11b router in my basement with 802.11g would solve my reception problems elsewhere in my house. I also couldn't afford to have someone come and run a wire and outlet in the top center cabinet to move the router to a better location. After some research, this seemed to fit. Without new cables, I can find a hotspot in the middle of my house and now have good reception everywhere. I haven't had any speed issues, at least for working from home via VPN and using remote desktop to access my computer at work. This hotspot via VPN/Remote Desktop seems to work as fast as in the office, so the solution is perfect for me. I use Rhapsody over this hotspot with no hiccups either. I don't stream movies or play games wirelessly, so I can't confirm that. For work and music it works perfectly, so I'm very satisfied. Although it seems very expensive for what it is. I deduct a star for that. I could buy two 802.11g routers for that price but two routers wouldn't help me much so I went with this one and from that point of view I'm very happy with this product.
