The keyboard looks and works well, I would love it if half the keys didn't work. I bought this item as a repair, the fact that it doesn't work is not SteelSeries' fault at all. They make great products and I have loved every single one of them that I have purchased. Learn from my mistake and don't buy as a repair. At this point you're not saving any money, just playing with it to see if the lousy Revain repair department steals your money or not. Spending just a few bucks more on a brand new one is worth immeasurably more. After returning this faulty one, I went straight to the SteelSeries website and found that they were selling a brand new keyboard for the same price as a refurbished Revain and were offering free shipping. Order from them and cut out the Revain middleman for a smoother experience.
