My husband recently had problems with his feet and a friend recommended these shoes to him. He leads an active lifestyle and wears them almost every day. He wore Merrell shoes, which are also very comfortable but don't offer the support he needs when his plantar fasciitis gets naughty. In fact, he likes them so much that I bought him a second pair because the first pair usually gets dirty when you wear them outside. He wears the second pair on his daily walks. They look great, my husband is quite young and they don't look like "old man shoes". Yes they are expensive but if you have foot problems they are worth it.
