Very convenient and hassle free to manage customers'orders
It's easy for employees of different departments in our organization, including sales reps/customers service representatives etc.,to access all information regarding their accounts at one place online (including past orders). The system also allows us as account managers / supervisors or team leaders alike - who are not experts with computers- an easier way than logging into multiple sites through individual user names & passwords! We can use it from anywhere via internet without any problems using mobile devices such as tablets too even when we're away form office premises!! Great customer support available 24 hours 7 days 1 year 365 day365 if anything goes wrong. Nothing so far but great experience working here since inception till date. !
