I used to have a set of Costco ceramic deli only knives but they quickly broke after a few uses. So I'm looking for high quality, light and clear. After a long search, I decided on this set with a cheap price and a good rating. When I receive and open the box I can't believe they are ceramic knives because without the weight they look like steel. I use them for slicing fried chicken, steak, bread and fruits like watermelon; I'm glad they are sharp and can easily counterbalance the knife's weight to exert force - this exceeded my expectations. I am so happy with this quality and price. I would highly recommend this product to anyone.
