More Showcase - Kitchen & Dining

This is a good knife, but it doesn't stand up to heavy use. The handle is not very ergonomic and the blade is not soft enough for commercial work (continuous grinding). Definitely a piece of knife block.

The filleting/boning knife of my dreams!

We raise poultry and catfish ourselves and are always on the lookout for good knives to get the job done quickly and cleanly. This knife is insanely sharp and can do both!

Precision tool

Henckels Classic is Zwilling's mid-price line and for me the best value for money. It's a great thin flexible knife and I paid half the price of higher quality magazine recommended knives. The main difference, in my opinion, is that the manufacturer is not Germany or China, but Spain. Hats off to the Spanish knife makers! I've wanted this for a long time and Revain offered a tempting discount. This will take forever.

Great knife and easier to use than I thought!

This is my fifth Henckels Classic knife. This knife is made in Spain and the quality is as good as the first classic knife I bought years ago and still use almost every day. I've never had a real boning knife, I've always used my utility knife. My husband brought home a package of four animals and I quickly disassembled and froze them. The package was only $4, when I finished I had 4 boned breasts and 4 fillets. There is a big difference in price between boneless and boneless meat. This knifeโ€ฆ

Henckels never disappoints

I've never owned a boning knife and wanted to add some variety to my kitchen knives. Although I did not use this knife on a daily basis like my other knives, I have never been disappointed with the experience. It's a hard, strong, sharp, flexible blade that lets you work more efficiently, with a great weight ratio for me. I have a knife sharpener at home that I use very often before using my knife and after almost 3 years of ownership I have no complaints. I have no regrets about this purchaseโ€ฆ
