Great knife and easier to use than I thought!
This is my fifth Henckels Classic knife. This knife is made in Spain and the quality is as good as the first classic knife I bought years ago and still use almost every day. I've never had a real boning knife, I've always used my utility knife. My husband brought home a package of four animals and I quickly disassembled and froze them. The package was only $4, when I finished I had 4 boned breasts and 4 fillets. There is a big difference in price between boneless and boneless meat. This knife pays for itself in no time!
