Review on 🔪 HENCKELS 5.5-inch Classic Boning Knife - Black Stainless Steel by Liz West

I've never owned a boning knife and wanted to add some variety to my kitchen knives. Although I did not use this knife on a daily basis like my other knives, I have never been disappointed with the experience. It's a hard, strong, sharp, flexible blade that lets you work more efficiently, with a great weight ratio for me. I have a knife sharpener at home that I use very often before using my knife and after almost 3 years of ownership I have no complaints. I have no regrets about this purchase and would have no hesitation in recommending it - great purchase!
