It may take a little practice to figure out how much water is needed to get the right creamy texture of each pigment, but the kit offers a wide range of vibrant colors that are easy to apply. I am an aspiring artist who bought this set in a hurry to do face painting with my kids in the hours leading up to the 4th of July fireworks. After unboxing the paints and glitters, I found the palette in the box affordable enough to quickly paint to my young clients' needs! Of course, it takes practice to become a more experienced makeup artist, But after a short test drive this kit appears to be of excellent quality and the paint washes off baby skin easily with soap and water.
