Good storage: small appliance parts and accessories
Easy to clean if you're careful, can be cut to size, folds flat and stores well, but if you use it frequently, is it's tedious to put together, and it's too big to keep on the counter unless you've wasted a lot of space. I've decided that when I'm baking I'll cut the loaves and save them for the next baking.
