Composable yard. Not airtight but pretty decent

- Can't find provenance info (banned in US) - It says compostable but not backyard or dedicated area - It says waterproof but that depends on what the liquid is made up of made of metal or plastic, whether or not you have made any marks on it (e.g. pierced with a fork or cut with a knife). will eventually expire. Otherwise it is very well waterproof. The lid isn't airtight, of course, but that's normal with slightly wet stuff. I *think* it gets composted in the backyard. I'll try, at least for us, but I wish they'd bother to say so. OK, I checked. This is best done in commercial composting plants, about 45-60 days, in home compost about 90 days (depending on the heat, turnover rate, etc.). this information about their products. There is also no real information on their website. They call their product line "Portfolio" and the only thing they have are palm leaf products. In any case, these little "buckets" work decently. You'll need to support them from underneath when putting something like a piece of lasagne in, but that's no different than almost any other container. They also have a pretty good selection.
