We are able to engage with our clients from anywhere in the world, at any time of day or night! The fact that they can communicate directly through this platform is great for us because it allows us to connect with them when we’re not physically near their office. Sometimes there aren't as many people online than you would expect - especially during certain times such as early morning (UK) hours, which makes scheduling meetings difficult due to low availability. If your team relies heavily upon meeting new contacts face-to-face then perhaps consider other options aside from Skype calls? It's good if I am out traveling but don't have access to phone/internet connections; however, sometimes my internet connection gets slow even though I'm connected via WiFi so it doesn't work well across all devices either.
