Review on KUFUNG Silicone Multiple Utensils: Heat Resistant Kitchen Tools for Versatile Cooking by John Roberts

Failed to load media. Review: KUFUNG Silicone Dish Rack (M, Black) I find the KuFung Silicone Dish Rack to be an upgraded version of what I've been using in my kitchen for the last few years. I've used small plates or small homemade coasters and things like that and when I use a dish coaster I've found that the KuFung dish coaster just works better. The medium version I have has 4 separate slots to hold the handles of all the different tools I use in the kitchen. I used a dish rack with large and small plastic and metal spoons, and the dish rack worked well. I used a dish rack with knives, forks and spatulas; The crockery holder also worked perfectly here. The only item, at least for now, that I've found that doesn't fit in a slot is the pliers. Even when fully closed/locked, each of the two arms of the tong occupies a slot, so two slots are occupied to hold the tong in other positions. This didn't turn out to be a big issue when using the holder, but I'll keep that in mind. So for me everything I used on the holder, the KuFung dish rack, did exactly what I wanted. make; It helped keep the dishes I used to use to prepare dinner more organized and, a big plus for me, the dish rack helped keep the counter clean as dishes didn't tumble onto the counter like they used to a simple small plate did. At the same time I felt that the medium sized holder I have could have been a bit bigger. A medium sized stand is approximately 5¼" by 5¼" with slots ½" wide and ¾" deep. And while those numbers are good, what I consider to be the "useful" part of the rest of the dish holder, where the non-handle end of the dish is, is only about 3 ¼ inches by 5 ¼ inches. This 3x5 space is enough to fit the end of a regular sized spatula, for example, but just barely, and that means the end of the spatula can sometimes hang over the edge of the holder, negating the "hold" aspect of the counter cleaning product. Coming back to the positive side of the equation, I love that the rest is silicone, so not only is it heat resistant, but I found cleaning extraordinarily easy. Many times I have simply rinsed the stand in the sink with hot water/soap and sometimes tossed the leftovers in the dishwasher to clean them out. Overall I am very happy with using the KuFung dish rack. I train, and I expect to get many useful things from everything else; but if KuFung has a larger version of the holder, I would choose that larger size rather than the average dish rack size.
