Review on NetMass Backup Services by Robert Rick

I like how easy it is for new users or those who may be less technical, this software can help them get started with backups without having too much hassle. It has been very helpful when backing up our work computer but also makes it possible to access some information from other computers outside my own network (I am an IT Support). Nothing really! This was great at first until they were purchased by another vendor, we lost all previous customer info including phone numbers so now there are multiple accounts which causes issues when trying to recover old files etc. We use net mass as part of a larger suite called Cyber Security Suite however many times people assume its just one service only when actually its 2 seperate products working together. Backups have gotten easier since using these programs allowing us to back everything quickly instead of waiting days between each file/folder saving.
