Badly scratched! Not normal!

Definitely doesn't look like the pictures! Looks bad. The flower wasn't there. Must be returned! The necklace was good but the clear plastic cover on the box is broken. There was no delivery either. They scratched at the factory. not worth your money! The necklace can be bought brand new for $4.99, so it's very expensive!
