I saw this item as Macy's and was pleased to find it at a cheaper price at Revain. I have ordered the bridesmaids to be included in my boxes right on my wedding day. When the item arrived it was awful from start to finish. Many boxes arrived damaged. The one that was photographed was the one I wanted to keep (so it looked a lot better than some but still not as pretty for a gift) because it was acceptable but they had weird stains, sticky slime and dents all over them . Four were too damaged to keep (the ring came off, the boxes which is a big part of the gift as it was meant to appear like the wedding ring box was in horrible condition and everything around it just looked horrible) , so I sent them back. and found I couldn't place an order for the wedding, so I went to Macy's to buy the rest. When I opened the ones at Macy's, I found that although they looked like the same product, with the exact same outer box and cup, the ones that were there had nice packaging with a nice felt insert than you did Box and rings were in good condition. form. The boxes looked respectable and didn't look like they were in a warehouse with stuff dripping on them. When I came back they were also reduced so I bought them cheaper than here. I do not recommend this product, the quality was terrible (even diamonds almost fell off on some). I understand they were cheaper but didn't think they spilled, peeled and were packaged in terrible shape. Again, the one in the photo is better, some had so many weird sticky things on the outside I couldn't even touch them.
