Doesn't flash with parking lights on

Correctly hooked up to a new trailer, only bought to replace factory headlights with LEDs. After installing it, I found that they only have one tier. If the daytime running lights are on, they will not flash when cornering or braking. They will work well during the day, but at night they become dangerous only because of misunderstandings.
