Instructions are TERRIBLE. It gives you 4 steps for all of this and it's worded in a funny way so it was hard to understand what they meant. It's a bit like a tent to be honest, except you move from bottom to top. Once I figured out how to set it up, everything went smoothly. Was very disappointed that the floor was not soft. From the photo it looked like it had thin padding (the kind you find in the box and play with) but it's literally just thin nylon webbing.... We have hard wood floors and I wanted, that our 9 month old can pull up and roll over and not bang his head on the floor... I think I need to spend more money on a pillow to fit in. It feels solid and what it has inside feels well made but definitely not worth more than $50. Definitely not worth what I paid for it - the price is too high for what you get. Keeping it because it's not a terrible buy, just not worth the asking price if that makes sense.
