This leash was recommended to me by my canine behaviorist. She used it on my dogs and I knew I had to get it ASAP. I ordered and the delivery was fast. They walk much better on a leash than with martingale collars. I place it right on the jaw and close to the ears and it offers more head control and less tension than a regular collar and leash that sits lower on the neck. I love that it has a metal ring that the neck piece goes through so you can adjust it to your neck size and it prevents the line from being over tightened and causing damage. All leashes I've seen just have a piece of leather that you move around to keep it taut, so I'm glad this leash has an extra piece to protect her neck. After getting the first leash I bought 2 more and a double leash for vet visits if they wear regular collars.
