ADVANTAGES1. These shoes are attractively designed in both the shape and the all-black color with white racing stripe trims. They are covered with breathable mesh fabric and are lightweight.2. They are comfortably wide at the toes without being too loose at the heel.3. At the top of the heel part of the shoe there is a practical valve that makes it much easier to put your feet in. The insoles offer comfortable support. CONS1. The eyelets through which the laces pass are loops sewn onto the outside of a fabric of dubious strength, rather than what is much more typical of athletic shoes: holes punched in shoes with eyelets (metal rings) supporting the holes and prevent them from breaking. 2. These shoes are a little big for their size, but they can be worn.3. The laces are too long for the shoes and I had to replace them with the correct size laces.4. Printing the brand name in large white print on both the tongues and heels of these shoes is overkill. I would rather not be a walking figurehead for the manufacturer of the athletic shoes I wear.
