Terrible fan! We bought it from a handyman last year and installed it. The first set of fans (2) clicks loudly at all speeds, the clicks get louder and faster at higher speeds. Several months of attempts to balance and tighten without success. I called the company and spoke to Audi and he was completely shocked that this happened on two devices. He kindly sent us 2 new fans without blades. We reinstalled them and I'm not kidding. both new fans are literally clicking/rattling and doing the exact same thing! I can't believe the amount of money we spent installing and reinstalling, the time we spent fixing it, and the time the handyman spent trying to stop the clicking. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY. They weren't cheap at first, now we get another $250 just to pay handymen. In hindsight we couldn't have bought better fans for the money spent. We live in hot, sunny Arizona where fans are needed and used every day. DO NOT BUY, YOU WILL REGRET IT!
