The O-ring was too small!

Device (coolant sensor) arrived on time, looks the same. When you install it in the coolant sensor housing and start the car, spray antifreeze all over the engine. After carefully inspecting and comparing the old to the new, the original o-ring was thicker and I had to reuse it to stop the antifreeze from splattering. Amazon has never had a bad product. Well, always first. I'll stick with the OEM.
