The key fob is good but programming is a bit difficult

After more than 20 tries I finally figured out how to set it up and some of the problems I encountered. The following worked for me, although it may not be a 100% correct explanation. **Please note that installer numbers and master numbers are given here as examples only.1. Before programming by pressing any button on the key fob. If it flashes red, it is a safety mode. Switch to default mode by simultaneously pressing Disable Alarm (B) + Stay (C) + Panic (D) until it flashes green. If the green blink doesn't appear, release the button and press any button to see if it blinks green. If it is in security mode, you cannot authorize the fob after programming.2. Follow the video on Youtube for quick programming (*58), you will find the video on this topic "Chapter 23 Installing the Vista Panel - Programming the Pt 2 Keyfob in Expert Mode". It's much easier for people programming more than 1 fob, it also works for programming 1 fob.3. Installer code and master code are different. When you start programming, you need to enter the "INSTALLER CODE". Example: INSTALLER CODE 800 * 58 (for example, enter 1234 800 * 58). 4. When reaching the zone number, the available zone number will be displayed automatically. Record this number at the end for key fob authorization.5. Each key fob occupies 4 zone numbers. For example, if you use 53 on fob #1, zones 53-56 will be used for that fob. The next keychain must start from zone 57, and the next - from zone 61, etc.6. Make sure the loop number is 1. The loop number is displayed on the same screen as the serial number.7. Once you have completed the programming steps exit by entering 00* then 99. You will return to the main screen which will display ***DISALARM***.8. Now you can authorize the keychain. Please find the assigned zone number (see step 5.)9. To authorize the fob use the "MASTER CODE" (do not use the installer code). Make sure the "02" section ("01" is the INSTALLATION CODE. For some reason, my INSTALLATION CODE didn't work when authorizing). If you have more than one key fob, repeat step 9. Example: MASTER CODE 8 02 #4 ZONE NUMBER (Enter for example 6120 8 02 #4 53)10. When a fob is successfully authorized you will hear a very short beep.11. Keychain test.12. After programming, switch from Standard Mode to Key Fob Security Mode by pressing No (A) + Stay (C) + Panic (D) simultaneously until it flashes red. Now everything is ready. Possible problems: a) If you hear a long beep after entering the serial number*, it means that the serial number already exists in the system. b) Normally the zone number is displayed automatically. If you want to enter a specific zone number but it keeps going back to the previous number, it means the number you wanted was busy. c) If you already have a key fob but do not know its zone number. By pressing the panic button, the zone number will appear on the screen. Count to 4, skipping all those four numbers (e.g. if the screen shows 53, it means 53, 54, 55, 56 have been awarded). d) If you forgot to write down the zone number you just programmed, do the following and press "Panic" to find out (same as problem c). e) If you make a mistake while programming, press ## to return to the previous page until it stops at a certain screen; Then press 00* and 99 to exit programming mode. Hope that helps.
