Pros: The length is perfect for home use as I can sit on my office chair to use the mouse instead of leaning over the dining table which is tiring for me back and my shoulder. Cons: You need all 3 straps in place to keep your hand stable, but one of the straps is a few inches shorter to allow the sticky side of the velcro to grip the soft side of the velcro. I had to sew on a few inches of extra Velcro to make it work. Also, I'm not a big fan of the big purse on my wrist; I wish it was removable without leaving an uncomfortable plastic lip in its place. A thin fabric cover on the armrest came loose after a few weeks. (Not such a big deal since the back is soft too).
