We love and use these tent style playpens for our dogs too. When we decided to complete our family and have a puppy, it was the perfect decision for her. Her brother already has a blue one, and everyone knows which "bedroom" is which. This playpen folds up and fits flat for easy storage when not in use. The top can be opened and removed for use outdoors, at the beach, or for small puppies who can't jump out. There is a zippered side door that can be lifted to allow the pup to get in and out. We keep the puppies' blankets and toy boxes in their "rooms" so they can get in and out with ease and familiarity. This particular playpen is very well made, durable and robust. I would highly recommend these types of cages to anyone who has puppies in the home.
