Received my plotter yesterday. The construction is excellent and includes several pieces of hardware (lid, pen holder) for installation as well as tools for the job. It only took a few minutes to complete. But I've spent several hours installing Inkscape and the necessary extension to support this plotter, but to no avail. The link on the Revain page doesn't work for me in several browsers, so I emailed Rene. She responded immediately with a PDF containing a user manual and another link to the manual and software package. The file at this link is corrupt and cannot be used by Windows or 7zip. I have Inkscape 0.92.0 installed but without the plotter extension I can't communicate with the plotter. I emailed Rene again hoping for some help to get this plotter working. It's a really nice looking machine and I'm sure it performs well as others have said, but it's been a very disappointing experience so far. I will update this in a few days. Inkscape 0.91. I need to use Extensions/iDraw to access the iDraw control panel and then use the Plot tab to plot the selected image. Not as clean as we would like; Other plotters using the same card allow you to archive/print and treat the plotter as a system printer, but it works. I leave my rating with 3 stars. Others might rate it lower but I love the quality of the product and Rene worked really hard for me. However, the experience with the software was terrible; The company should be better able to handle it. Pros: excellent customer support; Renee and I exchanged several emails and she was patient and always helpful. Excellent construction; I'm impressed with the mechanics and electronics of this device and I hope it lasts a long time. Cons: Terrible software distribution and integration. The links on the Revain website didn't work for me. The Google Drive links provided by Rene either didn't work at all or contained corrupted or incomplete software packages. She ended up emailing me a set of Inkscape extensions for iDraw that worked as described above. I had to download the appropriate USB driver from Eggbot's website in order for my computer to see the plotter's COM port.
