I ordered this item to replace the lamp/housing for our projector. It was reasonably priced and seemed to fit our needs. The product was delivered to us promptly and we started installing it. Unfortunately, the case had a small manufacturing defect that prevented installation. When we contacted the company they could not have been more accommodating. They immediately got us to send a video of the problem, accurately diagnosed and fixed it. Now it works great. They told us to keep the original item (which had a working bulb) and sent us a new bulb/housing at their expense which we were able to easily install. This company really stands behind their products.
