Review on 🧜 Enchanting Mermaid Costume Headband by Spooktacular Creations by Tom Beland

It's so cute and can't be compared to the price of a wig and dress. I bought a size 5-7 for my 35lb 3 year old and it fits well. 4t was too tight. A little loose which is perfect for wearing under clothes for tricks or treats. Didn't give 5 stars because she's only worn it twice and the skirt runs like women's nylons. Don't think it will take too long.
