We bought this car seat because it was recommended for safety and comfort. We were happy, but I have a few comments. First, the instructions for installing the base were misleading. It means to tighten and then adjust according to the child's weight. This is not entirely true and resulted in my husband breaking the handle and getting stuck on the wrong weight setting. I called customer service and they told me we needed to partially tighten it, then adjust the weight level, and then fully tighten it. Nowhere was this explained in the instructions or anywhere online. Luckily they sent replacement parts which were very easy to fix. Second, the top doesn't fall off 100%. It's further than most, but there's still an area that's not covered. Overall it's very high quality and we've paired it with a city stroller and they work well together.
