Overhyped and disappointing
I was really excited to try this styling tool, but it let me down big time. The plates didn't evenly distribute heat and left my hair looking frizzy and damaged. The tool is also heavy and difficult to maneuver.

- This product did not live up to its claims and left my hair looking worse than before. It's not worth the price and there are much better beauty tools out there.
