Stopped Working and Won't Charge

I bought this product about a year ago and recently it stopped working. I tried letting it charge all night but it never turned on. Even though I've had it for so long, I haven't used it more than four or five times. It stopped working during a haircut, so I had to leave the house to buy a new one just before Target closed. I got there literally five minutes before closing. Then I had to go home and finish editing while keeping my son awake before bed. He's not good with haircuts, so I do it at home. When this one stopped working my son thought the haircut was over and was frustrated when I started again. It's a waste of money and inconvenient.
