Adjustable and just what I need to go to the fridge for a glass of water while I sleep. Turning off the light eliminates the glow around my bedroom door and allows the cats a restful sleep after I've walked by. They work well, the two intensities are GREAT and they stay on for about the right amount of time so they don't cycle on and off. The perfect level of sensitivity. And a fraction of the cost of buying overalls at Walmart. Update: I'm not sure how long I've had them, but three out of six aren't working properly anymore. Great product on first launch. The auto feature appears to be a drop down menu. What did I use them for?
