This overpriced little device really (usually) holds 3m long double-sided spin pads securely. Personally, the quick-change function is not that important to me, but for a rotor, 3M pads are unbeatable. Perfectly balanced and even, very high quality. And you have to have this thing to use them. However, she is disappointingly fragile. A little chime, a turn of a wrench or something and it will bind and fail.
