I ordered these because the original roller brush in our Shark vacuum broke and wouldn't spin. I took it apart to snip my wife's long hair off the roller with scissors, only to find that the roller had actually come loose from the large "tab" holding it on the unbelted side. The replacement came very quickly and my only problem was remembering which screws I removed to get back there. Plus it was easy to replace and once I put all the screws back in the Shark felt like a new vacuum because I'd replaced all the filters too. In the future, I won't even bother with the tedious (and disgusting) task of clipping out all the hair that's wrapped around the brush. Much easier and quicker to remove and replace with one of these inexpensive replacement roller brushes!
