Rated Dangerous and Inaccurate

If you really plan to use these harnesses near the upper limit of the stated limits, please read this. 180W/300W/600W come with 16GA/14GA/12GA cabling respectively. These cable sizes allow a very significant voltage drop of 10% over 20 feet (battery to relay, battery to battery) at 13.8V and can handle loads of up to 125W/250W and 310W respectively. When using a critical load that "compromises the safety of passengers in a vehicle or vessel" such as B. Position lights, the allowed voltage drop is reduced to 3% and the maximum loads are < 30W/60W/100W for each set. Depending on what you are trying to drive and how it works in your vehicle this kit may not be the best choice but definitely should not be used within the stated limits. I'm going to try using a 600w kit to run a pair of 96w off-road headlights (192w total). I ordered a 300w kit and sent it back to be replaced with a 600w kit as soon as I saw the 14ga wiring. However, it seems well put together with decent hardware and components and is competitively priced compared to building your own harness. Just be aware of the power limitations in the 12V wiring when deciding which kit to use.
