This is one of three e-collars I have bought to train my pit bull and it is the best investment I have made. The first collar only worked half the time, the second fell apart, but this collar never fails. Now I don't even have to stimulate, just vibrate or beep when he won't listen to commands. It's intimidating at first because of all the buttons. I worked with it for three days before even putting it on my dog. It sits comfortably and stays in place. These collars saved my dog's life as he runs, is stubborn and handles pain well. Anyone who finds them cruel doesn't know how to use them properly, and I always recommend consulting with a trainer. This dog has been chained for two years, has not been socialized and has a problem with aggression, but the change in him over the past few months has been amazing.
