I like that it is hosted by someone else, so you don't have to worry about your own email server or anything of this nature! It's very easy for me as an admin user (not techy)to set up new users/groups etc., but also makes management much easier when we need changes made from our end in regards emails addresses / passwords which can be done remotely via my computer without having physical access - great solution all round!! Nothing really at present other than maybe being able too see more information regarding what each person has been doing within their account? But thats not something i'd want changed either way unless they ask us first if its ok :) We are using compuyne exchange online now because there was no option available locally where people could use laptops while away during meetings etsetc..
