Reviewify - Powerful, easy-to use and useful tool
The best thing about this software is that it lets us track all reviews of our hotels worldwide as well as gives us insights into how they are doing globally. I dislike that there isn't any option for creating new profiles with users who have not given their consent to be tracked by them. We can only see data related to those who give their consents. It would also help if we could create custom reports without having to login every time. This has been very helpful when looking at global trends of customer satisfaction.
Pros
- They provide insight in everything from hotel's reputation, local sentiment analysis around your business via social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter etc., user experience tracking along other metrics such costumer loyalty index which helps you understand what kind people spend most money per room/day basis.etc..It was really easy just sign up an account using my credentials (email address & password) then i will get access immediately after signing up
