I run a dog walking business and usually have 2 to 6 dogs in my car at one time. At first I bought an expensive, well-known brand, and it was complete rubbish. The material was weak and tore easily. because oddly enough, dogs move around in cars and have sharp claws that can tear through most of the fabric. Then the customer gave me a second, also expensive and well-known brand seat protector. It lasted a week. I've seen this hammock get really good reviews, and it's also non-slip to prevent dogs from sliding all over the back seat (my city is literally made up of roundabouts, so dogs always slip). This hammock turned out to be a dogsend. It is much thicker than the previous two, making it soft and comfortable for dogs to sit and lie down. The non-slip material works great and even the most unbalanced dogs stay in place. I don't like that there are velcro and zipper holes, the holes allow dirt to get into the seat and the zipper comes off when dogs press on it. The zipper and holes are there in case the person and dog sit together on the back as if I would ever get a person to sit on this dog blanket. But apart from that it was a very useful tool for my business.
