I love that it has an easy to use interface with all my favorite features for scheduling meetings and reminders. It is very simple to set up different rules or alerts depending on what you need. Sometimes there are errors in adding fields but they usually correct themselves quickly. If you have multiple computers then this may not be as important since you can access them anywhere at anytime. There really isn't anything wrong here if you're working from home. The only thing that might concern some people would be how much space does it take up? But honestly you don't need a lot because you'll rarely be using certain functions unless you want to customize everything. This allows me to easily manage my clients' schedules without having to run around making updates myself.
