Poor anti-theft key fob

I ordered these key fobs and took them to the dealer for programming but the dealer said he couldn't program them. The key fobs say they are compatible with 2013-2018 Dodge Ram 1500-3500 so I bought them. Worst of all, I had to pay $154.41 for the merchant ship to try to program the keyfobs, which they couldn't. So I lost $154.41. The fobs must be OEM parts as I am told or have an OEM circuit board in the fob.
