Review on πŸ”ͺ Cut through any material with our Carbon Steel Drill Working Cutters! by Mark Allen

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Acceptable, but. for countersink

The quality is sufficient for a layman, but I would not recommend it for professional work. Although they appear sharp, they are slowly cutting through the 3/8" diameter cherry strip I used to make fret markers for my guitar project. They worked well enough to make 10 markers. They are not black as on the listing photos which leads me to believe it may not be carbon steel. Also the shafts are not marked as shown. They actually worked for my project so I'm not being overly critical.I've attached a picture to help to illustrate my findings on the subject. Although the dimensions are very small, it is clear that they correspond to a tapering cone rather than a uniform cylinder. useful for occasional use. Beware of prolonged use on very hard wood. I don't think so that they will last long enough to complete multiple projects under these conditions.

Pros
  • Spare parts and accessories for electric drill
Cons
  • I don't remember, but there was something
