I decided to take a chance and order a foot scrub after my friend was amazed at how well it worked. I received the scrubs and applied them immediately. I would suggest adding more tape around the ankles to secure the ankle boots and wearing a pair of well fitting socks over the ankle boots to give you a little support if you need to walk around. I leave mine on for about 90 minutes and then rinse off my feet. I also follow the directions and soak my feet 2 days after the first use and a few days after that. (I think soaking really helps with great results.) After a few days my feet are a little itchy. Don't panic, it just means the product is working and starting to remove dry, dead skin.
