Good tool. A few bad reviews are probably 1) didn't know how to use it (hey, you need to learn something new!), 2) too inexperienced to know that all tools need to be sharpened before use (so what are you crazy about). about?). So I sanded it down with 1000 grit sandpaper (like shoe polish), practiced a bit - hey try to figure it out - what wasn't perfect was the user! Shipped exactly as advertised. Good experience.
