2 months have passed - there is nothing more to say.

Works on a small size. I had to use the outer slot to attach it to my arm. Use it 3-4 times a week for 2 months. Went for a jog this morning and it just wore out. If you need a temporary bracelet this will work, but if you want something permanent then look elsewhere.
