First off everything about this product is absolutely top notch and I have read some negative comments about this product so I want to clarify a few things that you need to understand before you buy it. This is a clarifying shampoo designed to remove all product residue and anything else that can damage your hair. Yes it does mean it dries out but you should only use it once a week and then apply conditioner although I highly recommend using a hair mask as hair masks also need to be used once a week. So why not include them in your grooming routine? Routine?. NEVER use this product if you have colored hair, avoid at all costs. If you use this shampoo more than once a week you will experience many problems, but if you use it correctly you will see a significant difference.
