Like many other Fitbit users, my Charge HR broke the sliding strap mount. You can't wear it without it. Fitbit doesn't offer such items for sale and since my warranty was over a year at the time of failure they were only able to offer me 25% new (still great customer service with their hand, but they really should only be selling these little things). I remembered seeing colored strap holders here for the regular Charge or Flex, but not for the Charge HR. The HR strap holder has a small extra piece that protrudes from the bottom so that it "snaps" into the strap slots. None of the lists I saw had this feature. I almost gave up until I came across this list. It includes some extra material so it really sticks to the tape and not just sits on top of it. As reported by another reviewer with a photo for reference, it is slightly larger than the original strap holder that came with the watch. But when you're weighing your options, who cares. Either settle for a wider strap holder or spend over a hundred dollars on a new watch. There's a pretty obvious solution. I really wish they made a purple version to match my plum watch, but then again. A black strap keeper on a purple strap doesn't make me spend more than 20x what they spent on a new watch just to replace the smallest part. clock material. Long story short, FitBit should offer to sell these parts first, but since they don't fit, these replacement parts are PERFECT for the Charge HR, although they don't look quite like the original.
