I probably should have gotten this wedge pillow the moment my sciatica started. Talk about crippling, unbearable pain. There was absolutely NO comfortable sleeping position I could achieve. I still have remnants of sciatic nerve pain after 9 weeks. This pillow was probably used around the 4th week of sciatica and almost every night for another 2 weeks. I found I didn't need it by the time I finished week 6. Delivery was quick. The pillow was a bit compressed in the packaging and grew to its full size fairly quickly after unpacking. I was surprised by the hardness and the weight. And luckily it wasn't soft and smacking. I'm glad I have this pillow and think I should take it out now as my right heel hurts from running with sciatica. I would recommend this pillow.
