More Effective Than I Expected
I have tennis elbow as a result of lifting weights. Elbow pain has drastically limited what I can do and how much weight I can push (pull to be exact). I didn't have high hopes for this elbow brace, but it actually reduces lifting pain by probably 50-60 percent. If it doesn't actually lift, it almost completely eliminates the pain. It seems like a good product and I'm definitely happy with it.
